The door's aluminum-reinforced structure and specially designed U-value of 0.77 W/m²K provide excellent insulation properties. The sealing used is a 10 mm gray silicone sealant, utilized in both the door leaf and the frame. The door's threshold is chamfered, stained in oak tone, and oiled birch threshold, and it features an aluminum wear strip and front edge.
The hinges are adjustable break-in protection hinges Abloy 3248, and the door lock is secured with an LC-102 lockcase that has an adjustable strike plate. The glazing uses 3K insulating glass, which contains double low-emissivity coating and argon. Standard sizes are 9–10x21, outward opening, right or left-handed, and given door dimensions are 9x21 (external dimensions of frames 890x2090 mm) & 10x21 (external dimensions of frames 990x2090 mm).
