Generously sized door – easy access in everyday life: The wooden doors of the LP Garden storage are the highest on the market as standard; the generous double door makes storage effortless.
Construction permit: LP Garden U-XL (20m²) can be built with a procedural permit. Building permit regulations allow construction with a notification permit for buildings under 30m², considering the following aspects: - Unused building right on the plot. - Maintaining the legally required 4m rule. - If the plot is located near water, check the building regulations regarding the shore.
Customize and finish according to your style: You can finish the LP Garden storage to suit your own yard or cottage environment and in the right colors. Treat with wood protector or paint with a covering wood protection color. When painting, remember that the logs of garden buildings are planed, and the paint's durability can be challenging. The package contains joists and surface boards made of 42 × 145 mm strong Lapland red pine, known for its excellent strength, dimensional stability, and durability. The package also includes bracket shoes and all necessary screws and anchor nails, making installation quick and easy. The surface boards are installed with 5–8 mm gaps, ensuring good ventilation and preventing moisture buildup in the structure. The LP Garden floor package combines a strong structure, high-quality materials, and easy installation, providing a long-lasting and reliable solution for every garden building.
Sturdy foundation package (available as an accessory): The foundation package includes reinforced plastic adjustment legs and concrete slabs. The compressive strength of the adjustment legs is better than that of a block foundation. With adjustability, it can level out uneven ground. Installation is easy and quick, and if the frost alters the ground, it's easy to adjust the building directly.
Roofing materials (available as an accessory): A complete metal roofing package is available, including roof sheets as well as ridge and end sheets and necessary fastening screws. The color of the roofing can be chosen from several options: Black (RR33), dark brown (RR32), red (RR29) or graphite gray (RR23). The profile used is R-20, which is screwed directly to the roof ties included in the wood delivery. Metal roofing packages are also available with condensation protection. The condensation protection prevents water from condensing on the inside of the sheet when the weather fluctuates. We implement condensation protection with a DRIPSTOP anti-condensation coating, meaning the condensation protection is attached to the underside of the sheet, eliminating the need for cross battens and a separate underlay. A complete roll roofing package is also available, including roofing material, ridge and eaves felt, and eaves sheets. The roll roofing package also includes raw tongue-and-groove boards. Fastening supplies are not included as there are several models of nail guns. The color of the roofing can be chosen from several options: Black, dark brown, red, or dark gray.
