Market's tallest standard: The LP Garden garden sheds ensure user-friendliness and are manufactured with the market's tallest internal heights measuring 2000 mm from the wall side. Free interior space at the ridge is 3345 mm, creating a spacious interior in the garden shed.
Generously sized door – easy use in everyday life: The LP Garden garden shed's wooden doors are the highest standard on the market, and a generously sized double door makes storage effortless.
Construction permit: LP Garden U-XXL (25m²) can be built with a construction permit. Building regulations allow the construction of structures under 30m² with a notification permit, considering the following points: - Unused building right on the plot. - Maintain the legally required 4m boundary rule. - If the plot is located near a body of water, building regulations for the shoreline should be checked.
Finish and customize to your style: You can customize the LP Garden garden shed to fit your yard or cabin environment and colors. Treat with wood protection or paint with opaque wood protection color. When painting, keep in mind that the logs of garden buildings are planed, and paint durability can be a challenge. LP Garden – the most sturdy floor kit in garden buildings (available as an accessory): The LP Garden floor kit for garden buildings is designed to withstand the demanding northern conditions and offers the market's sturdiest and strongest floor structure for garden buildings. The kit includes beams and surface boards made of 42 × 145 mm strong Lapland red pine, known for its excellent strength, dimensional stability, and durability. The floor kit also includes beam shoes and all necessary screws and anchor nails, making installation quick and easy. Surface boards are installed with 5–8 mm gaps, ensuring good ventilation and preventing moisture accumulation in the structure. The LP Garden floor kit combines a strong structure, high-quality materials, and easy installation, providing a long-lasting and reliable solution for every garden building.
Sturdy foundation kit (available as an accessory): In the foundation kit, we provide reinforced plastic adjustable feet and concrete slabs. The compressive strength of the adjustable feet is better than that of a block foundation. The adjustability allows for leveling out uneven ground. Installation is easy and fast, and if frost causes alterations to the ground during winter, adjusting the building straight is simple.
Roof materials (available as an accessory): A complete metal roofing package is available, including the roof itself, ridge, and end sheets, as well as the necessary fixing screws. The roof color can be chosen from several options: Black (RR33), dark brown (RR32), red (RR29), or graphite gray (RR23). The profile used is R-20 profile, which is screwed directly to the roof beams that belong to the wooden delivery. Metal roofing packages are also available with condensation protection. The condensation protection prevents water accumulation as the weather changes on the inner side of the sheet. We implement condensation protection using the DRIPSTOP anti-condensation coating, meaning condensation protection adheres to the underside of the sheet, eliminating the need for cross battens and separate underlay.
