LP Garden – the sturdiest floor package on the market for garden buildings (available as an accessory): The floor package for LP Garden garden buildings is designed to withstand demanding northern conditions and offers the sturdiest and most robust floor structure on the market. The package includes the rafters and floorboard made from strong 42 × 145 mm Lapland red pine, which is known for its excellent strength, dimensional stability, and longevity. The floor package also includes beam shoes and all necessary screws and anchor nails, making installation quick and easy. The floorboards are installed with 5–8 mm gaps, ensuring good ventilation and preventing moisture accumulation in the structures. The LP Garden floor package combines a strong structure, high-quality materials, and easy installability, providing a long-lasting and reliable solution for every garden building.
Sturdy foundation package (available as an accessory): The foundation package includes reinforced plastic adjustment legs and concrete slabs. The compression strength of the adjustment legs is better than that of a block foundation. The adjustability allows leveling of uneven ground. Installation is easy and quick, and if frost alters the ground during winter, adjusting the building directly is easy.
Roofing materials (available as an accessory): A complete metal roofing package is available, which includes not only the roofing but also ridge and edge plates, as well as necessary fastening screws. The roofing color can be chosen from several options: Black (RR33), dark brown (RR32), red (RR29) or graphite gray (RR23). We use the R-20 profile, which is screwed directly to the roof battens included in the wooden supply. Metal roofing packages are also available with condensation protection. Condensation protection prevents water from condensing on the inside of the metal due to fluctuating weather. We implement condensation protection with the DRIPSTOP anti-condensation coating, meaning the condensation protection is attached to the underside of the metal, requiring no cross battening or separate underlayment. A complete roof felt package is also available, which includes the roof covering, ridge felt, and eave felt. The felt roof package also includes raw tongue-and-groove boards. Fastening accessories are not included as there are several models of nail guns. The roofing color can be chosen from several options: Black, dark brown, red, or dark gray.
