Permit process: The LP Garden S-M (10m²) can be built under a minor permit. The building regulations allow construction with a notification permit for buildings under 30 m², when considering the following factors: - Unused building right on the property. - Maintain the legally required 4m distance rule. - If the property is located near a water body, building regulations regarding the shore must be checked.

The package includes the base planks and surface boards made from strong 42 × 145 mm Lapland red pine, known for its excellent strength, dimensional stability, and longevity. The floor package also includes joist shoes and all necessary screws and anchor nails, making installation quick and easy. Surface boards are installed with 5–8 mm gaps, ensuring good ventilation and preventing moisture accumulation in the structures. The LP Garden floor package combines strong structure, high-quality materials, and easy installability, offering a long-lasting and reliable solution for every garden building.

Sturdy foundation package (available as an accessory): The foundation package includes durable plastic adjustment legs and concrete slabs. The compression strength of the adjustment legs is better than that of masonry foundations. With adjustability, it is possible to level unevenness in the ground. Installation is easy and quick, and if frost from winter modifies the ground, adjusting the building straight is also straightforward.

Roof materials (available as an accessory): A complete metal roofing package is available, which includes roofing sheets, ridge and end sheets, as well as necessary fastening screws. The color of the roofing can be selected from several options: Black (RR33), dark brown (RR32), red (RR29), or graphite gray (RR23). We use R-20 profile, which is screwed directly to the wooden rafters included in the delivery. Metal roofing packages are also available with condensation protection. Condensation protection prevents water condensation when changing weather conditions occur inside the sheet. We implement condensation protection with DRIPSTOP anti-condensation coating, meaning the condensation protection adheres to the underside of the sheet without requiring cross-battening or separate underlay. A complete roll roofing package is also available, which includes roofing sheets, ridge and eave felt as well as eave sheets. With roll roofing, we also provide raw tongue and groove boards. Fastening accessories are not included, as there are several models of nail guns. The color of the roofing can be selected from several options: Black, dark brown, red, or dark gray.
